Purpose clause
The association’s purpose is to take care of and bring to life the history of Halden’s (Fredrikshald from 1665) civilian armament in the period 1644 – 1881. This also includes the voluntary citizen armament groups.

Fredrikshald borgerväpning is a free and independent military history association. The association must emphasize good social cohesion between its members and seek cooperation with other associations both at home and abroad. Membership: The association is open to anyone who can contribute to promoting the intentions of the above-mentioned purpose clause.
