Halden KFUK-KFUM scouts

Halden KM Scouts is a scout group based at Ynglingen in Halden. We want to give our scouts through outdoor life, cooperation, friendship and learning “Experiences for life”.

Young leadership and gradually greater challenges help develop Scouts to become active, responsible and engaged fellow human beings. In the YMCA-YMCA scouts, children, young people and adults can develop as whole people with spirit, soul and body.

Norway’s YWCA-KFUM-Scouts is one of Norway’s largest Christian children and youth organizations with 11,000 members. These are distributed among more than 250 local YMCA-YMCA scout groups across the country from Lindesnes in the south to Longyearbyen in the north. Chances are there is a group near you. We offer leadership development for adults. All types of leaders are welcome: Young, older, experienced, new, mom leaders, dad leaders, and leaders without a Scouting background.

Religious Rooting:
We are a Christian organisation, but all faiths are welcome with us.
